Austin was the gentleman who came to install the equipment. He did a great job! He was very professional and kind. The plumbing in my house is complicated but he did a phenomenal job! He ended up getting soaked from a my faulty shut-off valve that I didn't realize wasn't installed properly. He was very kind about it and was laughing afterwards. He even installed a new shut-off valve.. properly. He deserves a bonus for he hard work! We are loving our well water now that we can actually drink it! Thank you, Austin, for getting us all set up and being such a cool guy!

Jake was very knowledgeable, quick and efficient. He was provided friendly and great service in explaining what the issue was and what we could do to prevent the same issue from occurring. Highly recommend!

John tested our water today, he did great job explaining what our numbers meant and how the system would work to improve them. He walked us through everything and we are getting our system installed this week! I’ll write another review after, to share how things went on 🤓

John Bayless was very knowledgeable and extremely friendly and personable! He didn’t pressure us and was very respectful to listen to our needs. John Bayless was amazing! He came in showed us everything we needed to know. We knew our water was trash but he actually showed us. He was so nice and professional. I would recommend anyone to sit down and listen to what they have to say. It’s not a scare tactic sale. Just cold hard facts.
